Shipping, Payments & Returns


Australian Shipping

We ship smaller items to you through Australia Post and can have the item insured if you choose, at your cost. Larger items like furniture may need to be specially shipped.

Outside Australia

Please contact us to discuss options for shipping to places outside Australia.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our smaller items and work through the checkout, you have the shipping cost automatically calculated through Australia Post services. If you are purchasing furniture or other large items, or seek shipping on a smaller item by means other than Australia Post, please contact us by email before committing to purchase. We will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the preferred shipping option and put in place an order or other purchase arrangements via email.

Please note, we do our best to ensure that your item arrives safely and within the time frames we may estimate, but we cannot guarantee the performance of our shipping providers. As mentioned in our Returns Policy, we will not leave you out-of-pocket in the event of a loss, but that does not extend to any form of compensation on delays with estimated shipping time.

Items will be packed and sent to you as soon as we are able to attend to this process, normally within 24 hours on weekdays.

Parcel Tracking

Tracking details will be provided to you after your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post to enable you to track online and check the delivery progress. 

No purchases will be sent without tracking.

Secure Payment Checkout

All items purchased on this site can be paid for by Mastercard, Visa card or American Express cards using our Secure Checkout process.

Your payment details are held only in the payment portal.

Returns Policy

Returns and refunds are made where the purchased item is not as described or damaged in transit.

Returns and refunds will not be made for a change of heart. Please choose carefully.

Any refund on shipping costs will be at our discretion based on the following considerations:

  1. If the item is substantially at variance with the item description (which includes photos), we will refund the cost of your return shipping, and the cost you paid for our initial shipping;
  2. If the item is lost in transit to the shipping address given, and tracking records can verify this, we will return the cost you paid for our initial shipping;

Please note: If your item was damaged in transit, it should be presented to the shipping provider in the first instance for verification. This then permits us to pursue insurance claim options after we have refunded you.

Returns and refunds need to be requested by email to Such requests should be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item should be returned in the equivalent standard of packaging it was sent in, and in the same condition it was received, within 30 days. You should also ensure that return shipping has tracking and insurance.

Once we receive the returned item and can verify that its condition is as expected, you should receive your refund within five business days (subject to clearance times on the funds gateway that has been used).
